Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Trakiyo (Alag Innovative Solutions) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your device order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment has not already left our warehouse.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at +91 89177 38295 or email us.
- Post-Shipping: If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will have to follow the Return Policy upon delivery.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
A. Hardware (Device) Refunds
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the Trakiyo device is not working upon delivery, you must report it within 3 days of receipt. We will replace it free of cost or provide a full refund.
- Defective Product: If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced. Refunds are only processed if the device cannot be replaced.
B. Software Subscription Refunds
- Demo Plan: The ₹999 Demo Plan is non-refundable as it covers immediate setup and training costs.
- Yearly Plan: If you are unsatisfied with the software, you may request a refund within 7 days of activation. A pro-rata deduction may apply for the days used.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved by Alag Innovative Solutions:
- The refund will be initiated within 2 working days of approval.
- The amount will be credited back to the Original Source of Payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) used during the transaction.
- It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's policy.
