Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers (India), orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
1. Order Processing Timeline
- Orders are shipped within 0-2 Days (working days) or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms.
2. Delivery Timelines
Alag Innovative Solutions is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 Days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs
- Paid Plans (Yearly): Shipping is generally included in the package cost unless specified otherwise at checkout.
- Demo Plans / Accessories: Nominal shipping charges may apply based on the weight and location. The exact amount will be shown at the checkout page before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your device is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID and the Courier Partner's name via:
- SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Email (if provided).
- WhatsApp notification.
5. Damaged Packages
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. If the package seal is broken or the box looks damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment and contact our support immediately.
