1. Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Trakiyo. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Trakiyo's Website and Hardware Products, operated by Alag Innovative Solutions (AIS).
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing our device, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Trakiyo if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1.2. Usage License
We grant you a license to use the Trakiyo software and hardware for managing your institute's attendance and fees. You must not repackage, resell, or reverse engineer the device or software without explicit written permission.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is Alag Innovative Solutions' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect.
- Data Collection: We collect student names, fees data, and attendance records solely for the purpose of generating reports for your institute.
- Data Security: All data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption. We do not sell your student data to third-party advertisers.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card or UPI details on our servers. All payments are processed by secure gateways (Razorpay).
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
For orders including Hardware (RFID Devices):
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days across India via our courier partners (Delhivery/DTDC).
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/Email.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for Yearly Plan subscribers. Demo plan users may be charged nominal shipping fees.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the device has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact support immediately.
4.2. Refunds
- Hardware Defects: If the Trakiyo device is found defective upon arrival, we offer a replacement or full refund if reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Software Subscriptions: Software subscription fees (Monthly/Yearly) are non-refundable once the service has been activated and used for more than 3 days.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original source of payment.
